World Cup Reward

We had a fantastic time watching the England vs Iran match on Monday 21st November. All invited students were given a range of snacks to enjoy whilst watching England’s first World Cup game. The students in Years 7 – 10 watching the game have all been rewarded this half term for their outstanding behaviour, excellent attendance and reading outside of lessons. The students in Year 11 were rewarded for attending additional enrichment sessions throughout the academy day and after school.

All staff and students thoroughly enjoyed watching the match on the big screen, and were absolutely thrilled with the 6-2 result. One of our students said ” I absolutely loved watching the match here with everyone else, it was a great afternoon, and even better as England won “

Well done to all students who attended the game, it was fantastic to see them enjoying it and cheering England on. Here at Grace Academy , we wish England the best of luck with the next stages of the tournament.
