We had a fantastic week, last week hosting the brand new Primary Life Exhibition, for our local primary schools and some of our Year 7 classes. The life exhibition is an amazing multimedia experience designed for students to help them to understand and explore Christianity in a sensitive and inclusive way. The exhibition is a brilliant way to compliment and work alongside existing RE teaching.
The zones that all of the students visited encouraged critical thinking, reading, listening and engaging with modern technology, and here at Grace Academy Darlaston, we were very impressed with just how quickly the students got to grips with the technology! Each student visited all of the zones, where they learned about the life of Jesus, before moving on to the Life Café, where there were refreshments and an interactive quiz to take part in. The students were brilliant with voting and answering the questions using a key pad, and it was great to see them so enthusiastic and engaged with this.
Here at Grace Academy Darlaston we were very impressed with the students that took part, they represented their school so well, and gave some really brilliant answers We hope they had a good a time as we did !
