This year, for International Women’s Day, we were thrilled to welcome a group of students from Grace Academy Darlaston to our IM Group head office in Solihull.
The students had the opportunity to meet and be inspired by female colleagues thriving in male-orientated industries. Our Careers and Aspirations Specialist, Vince Gordon, led an insightful session on raising female aspirations, highlighting the incredible roles women hold across the IM Group.
They also heard first-hand from inspiring leaders, including the Managing Director of Subaru UK, the HR Manager for IM Group, the Business Operations Manager for Grace Foundation and the Content Marketing Executive for Spitfire Homes.
The day was packed with engaging activities—from designing their dream homes to testing their knowledge in a ‘Price is Right’ car valuation game, before enjoying lunch in our restaurant.
